Promoting Economic and Environmental Synergy

The Two Founding Pastors

Mrs. Pamela S. Robinson
Rev. Dr. Joseph T Robinson, Jr

"YAHWEH" ( God ) Created The Earth. Psalms 104:25-30; There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number-living things both large and small. There the ships go to and fro, and the Leviathan, which you formed to frolic there. These all look to you to give them their food at the proper time. When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open your hand, they are satisfied with good things. When you hide your face, they are terrified; when you take away their breath, they die and return to the dust. When you send your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the Earth. (NIV)

About Us

What does it mean to be committed to a cause? Does it show in the work that we do, in the way we speak, in how we approach life's problems? Commitment is revealed in all of those ways, yes, but it also shows in the simple things in life, like how we speak to one another and how we treat the neediest members of our community. At PPRE-4-evergreen, our commitment to our communities and to Earth is unwavering. We won't falter in the face of challenges. Rather, we look forward to taking them on, along with your help. For those who wish to become directly involved, we do have environmental volunteer work opportunities available.

How Our Organization Operates

We provide skilled workers for solid waste recycling and energy companies. We train them and strengthen their skill sets, saving the companies they work for time and money. When you establish a contract with us, we'll take on the responsibility of keeping track of our contracted employees, their production, and the timeline of your project, at no cost beyond the wages paid to the workers we provide. This setup is a win-win for the employees and the company alike.

We are up-to-date on all OSHA regulations, safety measures, and compliance requirements. This means we are perfectly qualified when it comes to safety equipment, forklift operation, and energy handling. Our bale and machine operators and loaders know how to get the job done right in a timely manner. We work in several areas within the green space, including:

• Hydrogen • Solar Industry • Lithium Batteries • Renewable Clean Energy • LED Installations and Retrofitting

Our Four-Pronged Approach

Our mission is to achieve environmental and social justice for all. To achieve this goal, we focus on four core areas. They are as follows:

• Communities • The Environment • Citizenship and Job Creation • Economic Development & Community Revitalization

By maintaining our commitment to these four areas, we ensure that all waste management services provided by our workers are properly performed and helpful to everyone. We make certain that waste material does not simply sit in landfills when it can be recycled, reused, and remanufactured. We're able to handle the recycling process of co-mingled materials, including cardboard, aluminum, and all different grades of plastic. Our workers provide the baling and sorting services that recycling haulers, processors, and manufacturers need to thrive.

Helping the Community

Our Charlotte, North Carolina-based organization is a green skills institution, committed to helping those who need job training and employment. We work with Re-Turning Citizens, men and women alike, who are scheduled to be released. We provide them with life skills, coping, and career training. Our organization helps these individuals find jobs and achieve necessary certifications in addition to providing them with mentoring and specific job training.

We work with Re-Turning Citizens (men and women alike), disabled veterans, youth, displaced workers, and those who simply need to find a new occupation or trade. In many cases, we work with young people who are coming out of juvenile justice facilities or other youth or family systems. Our services enable many of these young people to become independent contractors.

We have locations in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Puerto Rico. At all of our locations, we offer companies, in fields such as solar or hydrogen energy, the chance to hire skilled green technicians. All of our jobs are based on contracts obtained for a particular service. We work both long-term and temporary contracts. Our ultimate goal is to enable our workers to find full-time employment with companies in these fields. Companies in search of full-time or part-time staff should get in touch with us to find out how they can hire some of our wonderful workers.
